Life is like a boat is the first ending to the anime bleach, but it’s also a good presentation of my mood at the moment. Sadness wrapped around regret and love. If I could cry, I would because it’s almost painful. I just wish that the message was delivered and that it’ll sink in. How much it means for a thank you.

I’ve been in Canada today and half of yesterday. This trip has been planned for so long that I almost can’t remember. But it’s worth it; Misaki’s reaction to her birthday gift was priceless. (Although I didn’t pay that much attention because I was kind of embarrassed.) A couple of days ago, when I asked her which one she liked better, DBSK or Lee-hom, and she said Lee-hom, and my heart sank. It really did. But then I didn’t let it show, because it’s five posters of DBSK, I’m sure she’ll like it.

The primary reason for this trip was because of the new movie of the Harry Potter series. (I almost typed Happy Potter xD) It was really awesome admittedly. I’m actually very impressed. The kiss between Daniel Radcliffe and Katie Leung was very good and only slightly childishly romantic. After reading Katie Leung’s wiki page I found out some very interesting things about her. Her picture actually looks very nice. The rest of the movie was very nicely crafted. I always think that the HP movies were too fastly paced, with the exception of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire which had a pretty good pace overall. However, I thought that Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was slightly too slow. Misaki noted that the movie series gets darker and darker metaphorically as they come, which is way too true. I’m almost apprehensive because if the movie gets any darker, even if we set the contrast and brightness at maximum in the theater, we would still be watching a pitch black screen when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is released.

New and temporary casts of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix includes Imelda Staunton as Professor Dolores Umbridge, who did Vera Drake (vocal recitation of this post got a hearing mistake of ‘very great’ instead of ‘Vera Drake’) and got an Academy Nomination for the role, and Helena Bonham Carter, who played Ballatrix Lestrange. Imelda’s Umbridge was annoyingly hilarious. Her squeaks and girly personality was awesomely brilliant. One observation was that the walls of her office was pink and that there were moving plates of kittens and cats on her wall. There were bursts of laughters in the theater we were in, and that’s usually unheard (what a pun xD) of for a Harry Potter movie. Helena Bonham Carter did a great job too. She was really freaky and hauntingly charming, even for a Death Eater, which got me thinking about who’ll be casted as Narcissa Malfoy for upcoming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

July 21st will be when the book is released. I’m not going to any midnight parties organized by any bookstores, yet. I don’t really see a point cause I’ve already ordered it on Amazon.

Life has given me many inspirations for writing. Too many that I really can’t remember. One idea was that the spirit of Sun fell in love with the spirit guarding Earth and gave birth to Gaea. He loved his daughter so much that he sent her spirit to the Human world to live her life on Earth. It’s only a beginning, and no YOU CAN’T TAKE THE IDEA.

Birthday Party is weird right now. I just started Chapter 1 last night. I’m not sure which general direction it’s going. I hope it’ll go smoothly and end well. I hope I get lots of reviews.

This has been such a long post.

Project 715’s deadline was really more than 2.5 hours ago. And I’m still not 100% done.

Totally have a dislike for B-sides for some reason.

I watched the 2nd disc of the Letters from Iwo Jima 2-Disc Special Edition. In the World Premier in Budokan, the culture differences between the staff and actors is uncanny. When the actors came on stage, they bowed after walking halfway up the stage, and the staff, who were American, just waved while they walked. It’s funny, but also very odd to see. Also after the introduction was over, the staff had to wait for the actors to finish bowing before leaving the stage. It was very odd too.

I did the shoebox thing Marina told me to do. A bunch of cards, two teddy bears, one bottle of perfume, jewelry and other stuff pertaining to Phil are in a box underneath my bed. I couldn’t fit the various gift bags he gave me before, so I’m thinking maybe I should get a bigger box. So while I was going through my stuff to stow away, I found this in my English folder from grade 12. I’ll share:

It started with nostalgic pulses, then it is lead by the piano, creating a poetic soliloquy. It kept on, with the summer breeze and continued until the wind-swept tunnels of ancient China is decorated with autumn leaves of red and orange. The cello surreptitiously squeezed its way in, gradually dancing with the melodies of the piano, passing the big doors of heaven and truth. The background drums sets the tempo, as the piano takes lead yet again. The cello joins at the rendezvous, creating an old bittersweet nostalgia. In your heart, you can feel the pianists’ fingers dancing like the legs of a spider atop the monochromatic keys of the piano, echoing in the silence.

I took Writer’s Craft in grade 12, and I only edited it while I typed it. It was incomplete on paper, and extremely abstract. I know it doesn’t make sense, but not many things I write makes sense, which is weird, because you’re reading my writing right now and if it makes sense, this sentence totally is a paradox. *lol*

Not sure if it sounds any better though.

Now, onto pancakes. I made pancakes this afternoon for brunch and ate at 3-ish. The batter makes more or less 6 pancakes, but I didn’t divide really well and ended with a really big pancake as the 6th pancake. But it was too much for me, so I only ate 4 pancakes, and threw away the last two. I don’t know why but I kept on making really weird shaped pancakes, and then I took a picture of it. Here it is:

For some reason, it looks more like fried chicken than pancakes.

After my mom came back from work, we headed to Livonia and saw the Cape Cod that we’d liked before. But apparently when our Realtor called the company she had either misheard the Realtor on the other side or the Realtor on the other side had misheard her. So now the house is available for buying and most likely we’re going to buy that house. HOPEFULLY, that will not change any more, unlike the last time >.<;;.

I’ll take pictures of my new house when I can, so I can show off how pretty it looks inside.

We also saw another house today. It was a 1989 colonial in Farmington Hills. It was in a really really bad shape but there’s a really nice and private walking/running trial behind the house. But we would have to spend thousands on fixing the house.

I’ve been writing emails to a long lost friend. Someone I should’ve been friends to more. Now I think I know how it’s going to be, at least I hope. My heart’s broken the start of summer and I have no hopes of being anyone’s girlfriend. At the moment, I want to try to be Hanazawa Rui. The guy who was a friend before even considering being a boyfriend to Makino Tsukushi. Remembered this conversation almost vividly between me and Misaki. *omg, I really miss her*

I really want to write something. I’ve finished Duet 00 and I just recently started on Duet 01. I don’t think I’ll diverge any more information as to what Duet is. If asked, I just might answer though.

So… The subtitle for this entry is birthdays. I don’t know why I always have a thing with birthdays. Just today around 8 or 9-ish pm, I remembered I had forgotten about yesterday being Chen’s birthday. So I’ve got to go email her and wish her a happy birthday.

I’ve gotta RANT!! I saw episode one of Hanazakari to Kimitachi he (aka Hana Kimi) today. It was GREAT. Really awesome and seriously addictive.

This is probably the only thing that bothered me about the show: ALMOST EVERY SCENE is CG’ed. It’s so bad because it means you couldn’t find that many real locations for filming. That just looks so fake. Reminds me of Hana Yori Dango season 2 opening, seriously overdone.

OGURI SHUN IS REALLY HOT!!! Ohmygackt, he looks TOO good in white. And the subtitle for the show is ikemen paradaisu, which more or less translates to paradise of hunks. See the following for proof:

This show reminds me of Happy Boys. Too many boys and not enough girls.

Horikita Maki’s great in this show. Better than Kurosagi. I loved her voice, so harsh yet so girly!!!! And Ikuta Toma’s great as Nakatsu. I actually can’t pick which Nakatsu I liked better: Jiro’s or Toma’s. hehe. Ikuta Toma actually looks like Jiro Wang xDD. Okay, well only from some angles… AND THEN..!! ISHIGAKI YUMA’s playing Tennouji Megumi. OMG! I haven’t seen Ishigaki Yuma since that episode of HanaDan 2 where he played Hinata Sara’s fiancee. What’s so weird is that Drama Wiki doesn’t list him for that role and someone else. Uhhh…

Okay, totally fangirling here.

I get 4-5 consecutive emails from a certain soon-to-be fan girl. Detailing and <3-ing about Season 2 of Hana Yori Dango. I’m happy <3.

DUET IS FINALLY HERE..!!! I can’t wait..!!!!!!!!!!
