More Facebook.

It’s too addicting. I need to bring myself down to reality. I’ve been on Facebook for the last 1.5+ hours.

I got Marina’s birthday present yesterday <3. I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope she likes it. But I’m actually 99.99999999% sure she will LOVE it. Hahaha.

I’m at the library right now, because the chances of getting internet back at home is hard, what with my laptop being MIA. Anyway, it’s decided that I’ll live with Jeff, Lulu and Chen next year. I’m excited. It’s a good chance to make up lost time with them (especially Chen) last school year.

I have to reburn the CD I’m listening to right now. Somehow not everything is at the right place and there’s something I need to add and subtract.

I went to a restaurant today to get an application. Hopefully right after I write this enjoy I will start the application. Summer’s already half over and I haven’t made a single cent, it’s really disappointing and shameful.

I’ve been trying to do my schedule in the last two days. I’m trying to pick a minor. Right now I’m thinking about Conceptual Astronomy and Planetary Science. Maybe Material Science. But my mom said why don’t you do Chemistry or something, it’s something that could help you with Pharmacy when you do it. *sigh* I feel like, that being a pharmacist is the only thing I can do and there’s no other choice for me. I don’t like my future being decided just like that. I want to do things by myself, earn my own money and spend my own money. I want to teach, maybe not even teaching, at least TRYING to teach..!!! Ahhh, I’ve begun to rant now. *sigh*

I can’t find Sara Khan on facebook… YIN help me!!!

Facebook.

I’ve finally succumbed to the dark and evil time wasting medium known as Facebook.

July 15th.

Birthday presents and I really don’t get along… X.O;;.

Tian Tian’s piano concert.

I went to Tian Tian’s piano concert. It was great. She played 3 solos total and her father, Yucheng Tian played two songs on the Pipa, one of which I played when I was still learning Pipa from him.

The songs were, in order:
Beethoven Sonata in C minor, Op. 111 by Tian Tian
Prokofiev Sonan No. 7 in B-flat Major Op. 83 by Tian Tian
Yizu Dance (彝族舞曲) by Yucheng Tian
Ambush from All Sides (十面埋伏) by Yucheng Tian
Chopin Sonata No.2 in B-flat minor, Op.35
Butterfly Lovers by Yucheng Tian and Tian Tian.

Looking back, I think if I continued to play it when I started high school, I think I would’ve appreciated alot more. Because I realized that practice comes perfect when I played in the school band, which was definitely a great experience. Tian Tian’s piano was great as usual. Her fingers looked like spider legs dancing and walking across the piano. I really liked her dress too, it was sparkly blue with a white material underneath. It was very pretty.

We took Grace and Lirong too. They were really loud in the car. I got slightly annoyed.

We bought a bouquet from a store near our house, but it didn’t look good so my mom kind of forced my dad to go somewhere else to get another one because both Tian Tian and her father were performing.

But then when they finished, only Tian Tian came out but her father didn’t and I had the bouquet that had been for him. So I’m like sitting near the stage where all the flower giving people were and then I kind of freaked out because he didn’t come out. So then when everyone got up, I went backstage and gave it to him.

It was fairly a good day, except my dad made me write numbers and the alphabet again, because mine didn’t look pretty.
