Since February is Black History month, the UWO choir is invited to sing at the benefit next Tuesday. We’ve prepared a few really nice and creative African American-ish songs, so it’s gonna be pretty cool. Unfortunately, I have class then, so I can’t go.
Someone asked what was the dress code for choir members. Laura, our conductor, paused and said, “Um. Good question.” She then looked towards the president of the Club, and apparently there was a silent agreement, said to the choir, “All black. From head to toe.”
Our accompanist, Tim, who is among one of the best pianist I’ve ever met (He dressed up as Hitsugaya Toushirou on Halloween!!) said, “How appropriate.”
I roared.. LOL>

That’s some subtle racism right there.

I don’t think it’s very funny.

I think it’s funny. Relax guys, it’s just a word pun. It’s not like he’s saying negative things about that colour anyway.

We have a black history trivia each day for the month. And there’s a prize if you get it right. Too bad…I know none of them…-.-
